Description
The Asticou Inn, Northeast Harbor during the 1940s. A.C. Savage opened up his "Harbor Cottage" in 1870 to boarders, and built the first Asticou Inn in 1883. The first inn burned in 1899, and opened in June of 1900 to clients. The Inn left the Savage family in the 1960s.
