Description
Richard J. Turcotte, a resident of Pownal State School, took this photo of the newly constructed Vosburg Hall at the facility in New Gloucester.
The building was named for Dr. Stephen E. Vosburgh, superintendent of the facility from 1919 until his death in December 1937.
