Description
In 1828 Hezekiah Prince. Sr. sold a lot of land on the county road (Main Street) to his son, Hezekiah Prince, Jr. and a house was soon built for $1200. This early four-room structure was later expanded.
Hezekiah's widow sold the property to William Burgess, a senior partner of Burgess O'Brien and Co. in 1843.
