Description
Here is a photo of what happened in Hallowell, Maine, between April 1st and April 3rd. It was the Flood of 1987. The Flood at its peak was about 34.1 feet and almost covered this building completely. The only part showing is the roof of Fido's Meat Market. Owned by his daughter and son-in-law, Freddie and David Young. After the Flood, the market had to be dismantled inside, and completely rebuilt.
