Description
A partial view of the Emery School eighth grade graduating class, 1928. There were 65 students in the graduation program, but there are only 45 seen here in this photograph. They are unidentified except for the girl on the rear left with her face circled: she is identified only as "Mrs. Ladley." Sam L. Cohen, the noted philanthropist, was a member of this class but whether he is in this photograph has not been verified.
