Description
The January ice storm left much damage at the intersection of Academy and Middle streets in Hallowell. Orange warning cones blocked off upper Academy due to fallen limbs. Three houses and two cars were visible among heavily burdened and sagging trees, with slick pavement and power lines coated with ice.
