Description
Herbert Joyce (1853-1929) is standing in front of the Ocean View Hotel located in the Harbor near the head of Steamboat Hill. The hotel was owned by Charles Herrick and later bought by Lilla Moulden. She continued running the hotel and had dances in the wing that has since been torn down.
