Description
Civil War Veterans and Boy Scouts watch the Memorial Day Parade, May 31, 1941. The men and boys are posing in front of Franklin Simmons' Civil War statue in Monument Square. The statue dates from 1891 and is in memory of soldiers and sailors who gave their lives in the Civil War.
