Description
The Atlantic Shore Line Railway locomotive was originally built to haul coal cars from the coal wharf at Cape Porpoise to Sanford. Numbered 102, it was rebuilt in 1908 with a larger cab and continued in service on York Utilities Company in Sanford until 1948.
It is shown here in 1906 at the South Berwick car barn.
