Description
Elks Club building decorated for the 1914 4th of July Parade, Houlton, Main St.
The Elks Club building was built from bricks salvaged from Hancock Baracks, 1907. Hancock Barracks was built to support U.S. Army troops during the Border Dispute with Canada known as the Aroostook War.
