Description

A map entitled, "The several courses up Penobscot River from Pequoite taken by skillfull hands" is part of the Proprietors of the Township of Brunswick collection.

The two sheet map shows the mouth of the Penobscot River, St. George River, the Damariscotta River (Dammaras Cotta River), Penobscot Bay and Maquoit Bay and out to Monhegan Island.

The other sheet of this map, the northern section, is Maine Memory number 11756
