Description
A Paris fashion house, probably Christiane, designed the "Baccarat," which it described as "Very pretty evening gown in white chiffon tucked at the hip, giving flat line, with fulness at bottom. gold belt." The price is not specified.
The illustration was among a number of fashion drawings from the late 1920s and 1930s that artist Mildred Burrage of Kennebunkport had among her belongings. She probably received the drawings from a friend.
