This photograph of a baby in a carriage with Hollingsworth & Whitney housing behind it was taken circa 1920.
This image is believed to be Taconnet Street on the west side of Benton Avenue across from Herd Street. The homes in this area were built by the Hollingsworth & Whitney mill and leased to company workers.
