Description
This copy of the Lisbon Enterprise>/em> was printed on April 8, 1901, two days following the Great Fire of 1901.
The caption reads: "Lisbon Falls in Ashes," and describes in detail the gravity of the destruction caused by the fire.
The newspaper reports that 31 buildings were destroyed in the fire, and 50 families were left homeless.
