Description
The Collector for the Biddeford First Parish meeting house, Sylvester Daley, was instructed to assemble the the residents of the parish in April of 1800 for a discussion. Parish members were to choose a moderator for the meeting, a parish clerk and other officers, and to deal with the church's finances.
