Description
After catching an 8-pound trout on June 3rd, 1884, 7 year old Percival Baxter outlined his fish on a piece of birch bark and saved it.
Note - Trout are no longer considered part of the Salmo genus.
The Outline reads:
Speckled Trout (Salmo Fontinalis)
Weight: 8 lbs
Caught at Toothakers Cove
Cupsuptic Lake
June 3rd, 1884 by

Aged seven years
