Description
The heirs of John W. Keen and Lucy F. Keen owned this single-family house located at 11 Portland Street in Bridgton at the time of the tax survey, around 1938.
The tax card was later updated to reflect ownership by Adra & Theodore Proctor. The address is as of the time of the survey.
