Description
G.A.R. Hall is the tax record for a building located at Upper Depot Street. Since the Grand Army of the Republic (G.A.R) was disbanded by the date of this survey, around 1938, the ownership is not clear.
The address is the address at the time of the survey, and has probably changed. The card also references a deed dated 1928; this is not the date of the photograph.
