Description
28 Portland Street is the tax record for a single family house located in Bridgton and owned by the Heirs of B. Franklin Ham at the date of this survey, around 1938.
The assessor later updated the card to reflect ownership by Herbert and Marie B. Banker. The address given is the address at the time of the survey, and has probably changed. The card references a deed dated 1890; this is not the date of the photograph.
