Description
Pauline L. Davis and Ruth M. Boothby were roommates at Farmington State Normal School. Both were enrolled at the school from the fall of 1924 through June 1925 and were in the Regular Course, which consisted of two years of study with three terms each and an optional summer school of six weeks in between the first and second year.
This course of study prepared students to become teachers. Pauline and Ruth were also members of the school’s Christian Association, Soangetaha Campfire Girls and hiking club. After graduating in the class of 1925, Pauline (on the left) went on to teach kindergarten and nursery school in Massachusetts.
