Description
These men were among Monhegan’s “founding” fishermen. Standing left to right: Cass Brackett, Rufus Pierce, Jr., Cloudin “Pint” Wincapaw, and Alonzo Pierce. Sitting left to right: Leonard Richards, Chauncey Davis, unidentified, James Mullens, and S.P. Rolt Triscott.
They were photographed on Fish Beach with Horn fish house to the left and Trefethren fish house on the right.
