Description
Three members of the Portland City Council, William Troubh (1935-2013), Edward I. Bernstein (1923-2000), and David H. Brenerman, attended the opening of the Portland Ice Arena in December 1984.
In recognition of Troubh’s key role in the creation of the facility, the Portland City Council re-named it the William B. Troubh Ice Arena in 2014.
