Description
A "Call to Arms" announced a meeting in Portland's Market Square to inspire patriotism at the outbreak of the Civil War.
This broadside, identified as being posted on the Park St. Church on April 21, 1861, was presented to the Maine Historical Society by J. Wm. Randall on April 21, 1911.
