Description
Kingfield native Chansonetta Stanley Emmons frequently photographed landscapes around her childhood home, such as this hand-painted lantern slide she titled "The Patriarch, Stanley Hill Beech," which she captured during autumn. Chansonetta and her daughter Dorothy often took day-long outings to photograph and paint on the hill.
