Description
Maine photographer Chansonetta Stanley Emmons, born in 1858 in Kingfield, documented various landscapes across New England and beyond. Among her work, she captured images in the Scituate area of Massachusetts, which highlighted the region's coastal and small-town character in the early 20th century.
