Description
School records indicate that the Lincoln Academy Class of 1914 included class members Marvin Bennett, Goldwin Gilbert, John Glidden, Randall Harrington, Helen Knight, Estella Leighton, Susie Light, Otis Page, Linwood Peirce, Madeline Sidelinger, Etta Thompson, Alison Trask, Gladys Trask, Marion Vaughan, Richard Wells, Arthur Welt, and Margaret Woodwell. However, the specific identities of the students in this photo are unknown.
The class motto was “Plus Ultra” and class officers were president Carl Glidden and Marion Vaughan serving as secretary and treasurer. Margaret Woodwell earned the honor of valedictorian and Marion Vaughan was salutatorian.
