Description
79 South High Street was a property tax record for a single-family house owned by E.J. Stiles at the time of the survey, around 1938.
The tax card was later updated to reflect ownership by Merle and Edith Libby in 1946. The card references a deed dated 1927; this is not the date of the photograph. The card notes that this is the "Gibbs House," named for the original owner. The address has probably changed sine the time of the survey.
