Description
This was possibly before the Armistice Day parade as the color guard waited for the parade to begin at City Hall. In a military parade, the Color Guard is first, followed by the military branches (active and reserves), veterans groups, law enforcement, firefighters, and then by civilian groups. This picture included at least eight Civil War veterans on the left.
