A photographer captured a large group of laborers removing dirt with horse-drawn wagons while preparing a site for the Millinocket Mill construction project. This photograph is part of a collection compiled by Dorothy Bowler Laverty, the author of "Millinocket Magic City of Maine's Wilderness."
