Description
The Wiscasset bridge has undergone several renovations over the years because of its popular use by tourists on Route 1. Even though it has changed multiple times, it never has moved as it has always connected the towns of Wiscasset and Edgecomb. Today, the bridge is wider and made out of metal to accommodate the higher traffic amount.
