Description
A deed dated March 12, 1789 conveyed four acres of land along Long Creek in Cape Elizabeth to Zebulon Trickey. The deed noted that Joanna York had previously inherited the land from her late father, Samuel Skillin.
The area around Long Creek would later become part of South Portland.
