Description
From July 12th to the 18th, delegations from the National Federation of Business and Professional Women Club descended on Portland for their 7th annual convention.
On their last day in Maine, they took a trip to Old Orchard Beach for an event termed the "Prankfest." Dancing, swimming, dressing up in costumes, going on amusement park rides, and visiting other attractions were all a part of the agenda for this day of merry-making.
This picture shows several delegates visiting "Noah's Ark," an attraction located within Palace Playland. Noah's Ark burned to the ground in July of 1969.
