Description
From June 29 to July 4, 1925, governors from 22 different states visited to Maine to attend the 17th annual Governors Convention. The convention itself was held at the Poland Spring House.
Pictured here are three such governors in front of the resort hotel that served as the venue. From left to right: Governor Adam McMullen of Nebraska, Gov. Robert P. Robinson of Delaware, and Gov. John W. Martin of Florida.
