Description
This type of soap was used to wash the clothes in Toy Len Goon's laundry at Woodford's Corner in Portland. Goon came to Portland in 1921 to marry Dogan Goon, who operated the laundry.
The Goons had 8 children. Dogan Goon died in 1940 and Toy Len Goon raised the children and operated the laundry herself.
