Description
Ralph Berry purchased the property on the corner of Court and Military streets in 1929 to make room for the construction of the Northland Hotel.
Construction began on January 1, 1930 and the hotel opened for business in November, 1930. The Northland Hotel was the also the home to the Houlton Rotary Club for many years.
