Description
Pictorial map of Portland with recreational and historical illustrations as well as several insets, published by the Portland Baby Hygiene and Child Welfare Association and designed, drawn, and colored by Katherine Dudley. It was printed by the Tudor Press (active 1910-1967) of Boston, a lithograph, offset, and letterpress printer.
The Portland Baby Hygiene and Child Welfare Association was developed in 1919 and since its inception operated a day nursery in downtown Portland. It would later be renamed the Catherine Morrill Day Nursery.
