Numerous boats and wharves on the Kennebec River are depicted on this bird's eye view of the city of Richmond published in 1878. . Trains from the Maine Central Rail Road are shown. It also contains numbered references of places of interest, including the town hall, high school and academy, mills, churches, and the Richmond House Hotel, owned by H. Springer.
