Description
After having been closed for seven weeks due to COVID-19, Coffee By Design's outdoor sign announced the reopening of their Congress Street location and new curbside take-out service with a heart filled, "Call me! PORTLAND We missed you!".
With many businesses affected by uncertainty and indefinite closure during the 2020 pandemic, their signage, websites, and social media posts commonly expressed the personal, emotional, and even affectionate connections owners and staff felt with their customers, and how greatly they looked forward to their return.
