Description

The Straw Family Farm in Limerick proudly displayed oxen, and horse-drawn Studebaker buggy.

The home is still standing on Patterson Road in Limerick, but large hay barn in background does not exist as of 2020.

At the time of the photo, Luthor Straw and his family probably lived at the farm.The 1870 Census recorded spouses Luther (b. 1825) and Sarah (b. 1833) Straw lived there with children Carrie (b. 1859), Hallie (b. 1862), Arthur (b. 1865), and Franklin (b. 1868).
