Description
A photo of Edmund S. Muskie, former Maine governor, senator, and former secretary of state, was taken in front of his home in Kennebunk in the late 1980s.
Muskie was a native of Rumford, who graduated from Bates College. He was well known for his efforts to promote clean air and clean water.
