Description
This souvenir spoon reads "Longfellow Birthplace, Portland Maine" with an engraving of the Longfellow House in the bowl of the spoon. Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (1807-1882), renowned author and poet, was born in Portland, Maine. The Wadsworth-Longfellow House is located on Congress Street and is now part of the Maine Historical Society.
