Description
Horseback riding was one of the amenities offered by Leisure Living in the early 1970s. People rented horses from the stable at Paddock Circle. Six or seven horses were brought to the island in the spring and boarded in buildings in the center of the circle. Residents could rent a horse for a few dollars to ride on the paths.
The Saddle Club building is no longer standing as of 2021.
