Description

A manuscript map, detailing where the St. Lawrence River and the St. Regis River meet. Also depicted is St. Regis Village with a church, priest's house, and station.

The map, once referred to as Map #7, was likely created as part of the Treaty of Ghent (1814), with the focus of establishing the Canadian-American border between Passamaquoddy Bay and the Great Lakes. This map is part of a larger archive, the Thomas Barclay collection (Coll. 26).
