Description
Eastman Bros. & Bancroft Department Store was located on the northwest corner of Brown and Congress Streets in Portland, between 1881 and 1933. The business was founded in 1879, after a merger including its dry and fancy goods predecessor, Eastman Bros., first located on Middle Street in 1865.
