Description
Storey Millinery was on Congress Street at the corner of Oak Street.
Later, Joe Stenir Diamond Palace moved into the building.
At the left of the photo is Oak Street, showing what was then the Empire Theater.
Note that everyone in the photo is wearing a hat.
