Description
This mid-1920s fox fur collar features a decorative plastic tortoise shell clasp, which threads through an opening in the cotton-lined fur. Made by “Eastman, Portland” it is likely a private label item from Eastman Bros. & Bancroft department store, which specialized in fur during this time. The collar is associated with the fashionable Marguerite Waterman Cobb.
