Description
Maine Historical Society caretakes the Wadsworth-Longfellow House on Congress Street in Portland. The historic house is the childhood home of poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
Longfellow's quote, "Often I think of the beautiful town that is seated by the sea" from his poem, My Lost Youth from 1858 appears on the front of this shirt, along with a drawing of his face.
