Description
Detective Guy Godbout of the Biddeford Police Department displayed some of the 14 one-pound bags of marijuana that someone scattered around downtown Biddeford April 1, 1982. A couple of the bags were found on the street in front of the police station. Police estimate the street value between $7,000 and $8,000.
