Description
The packing board was used by Ranger Wilber Smith and other Baxter State Park Rangers. Wilber Smith was a Ranger for Baxter State Park from 1960 through 1966. The packing board was used as a backpack with essentials tethered to the boards, i.e. blanket, clothing, food, etc. The packing board was donated by Gertrude Smith.
