Description
Col. Forney receives Admiral Pascual Cervera y Topete, who commanded a Spanish squadron in Santiago Bay, Cuba in May 1898. He lost all his ships and was taken prison and transported to the Kittery Navy Yard with many other Spanish prisoners. He was released in September 1898 and returned to Spain.
